Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
The BuffettPick Value Investing Scholarship is sponsored by BuffettPick.com (the “Sponsor”). The scholarship is awarded annually to one eligible student based on merit and the quality of their submission.
2. Selection and Award
The winner will be selected by a committee of finance professionals at BuffettPick.com. The winner will be notified via email by the Notification Date. The award of $1,000 will be paid directly to the winner’s accredited college or university’s financial aid office to be applied toward tuition, books, or fees. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
3. Content Usage Rights
By submitting an application, the applicant grants BuffettPick.com and its affiliated entities a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display the submitted essay or video pitch (including the applicant’s first name, school, and submission content) on BuffettPick.com’s website and social media channels for promotional and content purposes, with full credit given to the applicant.
4. Privacy
All personal information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of administering the scholarship and will not be shared with third parties, except for the winner’s first name, last name initial, and school name for public announcement.
